All sales are final sale and not eligible for return unless damaged in the transit from Sweet Serendipity to you (the customer).

In the unlikely event that damage occurs, please contact us at help@sweet-serendipity.net to discuss what options are available to make things right. Photos of the outside packaging and the item will be requested.
